Yes, our crew is completely mobile and we can service your vehicle anywhere within our service area!
A Full Service Detail lasts between 2- 5 hours (3 hours on average).
An Interior Only Detail lasts between 1.5- 4 hours (2 hours on average).
An Exterior Only Detail lasts between 45 minutes- 2 hours (1 hour on average).
All times may vary depending on vehicle type, cleanliness, weather conditions, etc. Please allow at least an extra 30 minutes per Add On Service.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Spruce Detail is licensed and insured. Any damage that may be incurred by our crew is covered. Any damages to the vehicle found prior to the detail will be documented by our crew and will not be covered by liability.
We do the best we can to keep your appointment scheduled, however, for severe weather conditions that require us to reschedule your appointment, we will reach out to you in advance and give you several options to fit your schedule!
Any Full Service Detail may be reduced to an Interior Only Detail at any time during your appointment due to unexpected weather conditions.
Nope! Each of our vans is equipped with a water tank and generator, which allows us to service your vehicle anywhere! On rare occasions, our crew may request access to power or water in order to complete a service.
We are working towards using less water with every detail. We will opt for a waterless wash as often as we can, depending on weather conditions, while still delivering the same great service that our customers have come to expect as the standard.
We have a wide variety of cleaning and protective products that allow us to tackle anything a dirty car may throw at us!
We prefer to meet you at the beginning of the service to receive the keys to your vehicle and discuss service recommendations for your vehicle. If you are not available to meet us, we will make an arrangement to collect your keys upon arrival.
When you book an appointment with us you will enter in your payment information online to reserve your booking, however you will not be charged until services have been completed. After the detail is completed, payment will be processed or you will recieve an invoice to complete the payment manually.
Each crew member works hard for tips! You will have the option to leave a tip when reserving your appointment online. Cash or Venmo are also accepted the day of your appointment and greatly appreciated!

We would be more than happy to detail multiple vehicles for you and a coworker or neighbor. You'll automatically save $25 on each detail when you book together in the same service area on the same day. Alternatively, you can book our crew for a Half or Full day of service!
